May's just around the corner!

Friday April 29: Sunday is May 1st. Check out the map of high temperature trends for the month of May since 1895. Notice high temps are trending warmer (lows also trend warmer). Outlooks for May favor below normal precipitation and near to slightly above normal temperatures.

Rain will develop 4-6pm this evening and change over to showers and isolated thunderstorms Saturday morning. Total rainfall looks to be 1/2" or so. Snow levels above 5000'. Winds below 20 mph. Dry by 10pm Saturday and all of Sunday. Rain then develops again early Monday morning with perhaps another 1/2". Tuesday and Wednesday look dry at this time. Normal high/low temp: 65/40.
